The Communicator’s Voice circuitry may be configured to store multiple messages for output to both the handset and telephone line (calling party and called party), together or separately. The messaging is controlled via the Communicator’s microcontroller with message selection via keypad or serial data input. Automated messaging can also be generated by the system, as features may require.
Multiple Indexed Voice Messaging and Product Information – allows product and service information to be broadcast via the telephone handset. Information can be obtained via button or keypad selection.
Customer Advisories – provide timely auditory messages to the customer, without the need to place a telephone call. Such messages may be instructional or promotional.
Service Advisories - provide informational messages, relative to system functionality.
Origin of Call/Type of Call ID Message – Upon generating an outgoing call, the Communicator can output a Voice Message indicating the origin or call and type of call (based upon the button or keypad code selected for dial-out). A location ID can also be broadcast upon receipt of an incoming call.
Remote and Local Message Recording – Voice Messages can be remotely or locally recorded by first entering a security code either via DTMF through the phone line or via the optional built-in keypad on the Communicator. The message(s) are recorded either over the phone line, via a voice compatible telephone, or on-site via the Communicator’s handset. TTI offers professional voice recording and automated remote uploading services.
