Remote Management:

To insure that the Communicators are always ready for use, they perform hourly hardware and phone line diagnostics, interfacing with remote monitoring equipment on a routine, scheduled basis. TTI’s communications systems offer the highest degree of operational reliability, assuring that the user will not be confronted with an inoperative condition.


Centralized Automatic Poller

The TTI Centralized Automatic Poller consists of proprietary communications hardware and software in conjunction with an Intel Standard PC. It is designed to provide ongoing, comprehensive monitoring of the operational functionality and call statistics of all Communicators in its network. The Poller will initiate manual polling on command or automatic polling routines at scheduled intervals during the day. It will, upon accessing a Communicator, extract the Communicator's stored call statistics and functionality data. The data is archived, automatically formatted and available for readout via video monitor and/or printer.

Remote Programming

Via the TTI Centralized Remote Programmer, telephone numbers along with various Communicator parameters can be added, deleted or reconfigured. Such programming can be implemented for a specific Communicator, a group of Communicators or all Communicators in a customer’s network.
