Automated Kiosks:
Some of TTI’s travel and financial services customers have begun to deploy computer-based kiosks and terminals to provide form-based product, account, informational and ticketing services. Such devices are not in direct competition with TTI’s telephone-based products and in many applications are used in conjunction with them.
While computer kiosks provide programmed services, they are not designed to provide personalized assistance and many consumers have difficulty using them. When placed in conjunction with TTI’s telephony systems, such products gain an immediate customer service enhancement.
