Product Line Overview:
TTI’s product line addresses and directly satisfies specific high priority needs, which exist in virtually all major consumer-oriented companies and institutions, i.e., to reduce retail operating costs without decreasing services provided to the consumer; to cost efficiently and profitably expand marketing and customer service presence, while simultaneously providing the consumer with an improved and well-accepted service.
Identified as its “Communicator” product line, TTI Communicators are unique, computer-controlled and remotely-monitored multi-media communications systems. They are designed for high-trafficked usage in public environments and provide built-in diagnostics, fail-safe, surveillance, voice processing, vandal reporting and multi-media functionality. The systems are remotely managed and configured with the ability to track operational usage and system readiness.
TTI’s product line is descriptively referred to as its ResPhone Communicators, Multi-Link Communicators, Tele-Banking Communicators, ATM Communicators, Tele-Banking Centers, Communicator-based Multi-Media Kiosks and Telecom Retail Marketing Systems.
TTI also designs a broad range of structures, consisting of kiosks, surrounds, counters, signage and graphic displays which are typically integrated with, or placed in close proximity to, the installed Communicator systems. A sampling of the Company’s product line can be seen on the Gallery page.
